Jody Fronce is CAPD Classified Employee of the Year
In a relatively short period of employment, Jody Fronce has made herself virtually indispensable in her job because her top priority is the success of the faculty and students in her department.
Jody has been an administrative specialist in the Department of Landscape Architecture/Regional and Community Planning since the first of August, 2008. Using the considerable experiences gained in her previous employment, Jody quickly learned how to support and assist everyone-faculty and students-in her department, whether it is a quick answer to a question or lengthy assistance with a project or to solve a problem. Her ability to think through complex processes and find the best solution for the situation at hand is invaluable.
Jody was instrumental in the successful transition to a new department head this past summer. Her co-workers throughout the college enjoy her professionalism, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, sound judgment, ability to keep things in proper perspective, ready wit and sense of humor.
Her warm heart and ready smile makes the office a welcoming place, and Jody’s sincere interest in what and how everyone in the department is doing creates a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Because she helps everyone achieve our best each and every day, it seems only fitting that Jody Fronce be recognized for being the best in our college.
