Welcome to the Help Section.

 

Before emailing me or contacting anyone about plotting difficulties make sure you have done all of the following:

 

1.  Ran through the Network Setup CD,

2.  Have installed all of your Windows updates.

     This includes (Critical, Security, and Service Packs),

3.  Have your system backed up (incase anything dies in the

     process).

 

If you have not completed any of the above you will not receive any help.

 

Email for Plotting Help:

1.  Please include your name especially if you are using an email account outside of KSU,

2.  Include where you and your computer are located at,

3.  Include a phone number where you can be reached,

4.  Include the operating system you are running,

5.  Include Error Messages, and

6.  Include what you were doing to generate the problem.

Incomplete work requests will be sent to the “Deleted Items” folder.
