Welcome to the Accounting section.
The Books
The Books are kept tight. Before you leave for the semester please make sure you have paid for all of your plots. Failure to do so will cause your account to get locked out.
Please check the plot logs and the billing logs to make sure information is correct and you have paid for your plots.
The Plot Logs
Plot logs are kept and maintain weekly. They are never deleted.
Billing
PLEASE WRITE YOUR E-ID IN THE MEMO FIELD OF YOUR CHECK.
CASH PAYMENT SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A NOTE WITH YOUR E-ID AND AMOUNT.
IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE AN E-ID YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets are maintained daily. They are matched with actual plot logs gathered from the plotter and from the servers.
