When are registration fees and payments due?
Registration fees are due 30 calendar days after the start date of each semester in which a student is enrolled on the K-State campus (NOTE: Late payments on the registration fee are subject to a 10% additional charge). After this date, payments will be processed on a regular basis once per week (every 7 days); please consult a technology group representative for the current payment schedule. It is the responsibility of the student to maintain one’s account in good standing, with a positive balance, in order to retain plotting/printing privileges.
When are print jobs executed?
Spring 2007: Any print jobs sent to the shared print folder on the plot server will be processed twice per week, every Tuesday and Thursday. Special schedules may be implemented as demand increases toward semester’s end. Please consult a technology group representative for the current printing schedule.
When can I pick up my print/plot?
Request a plot room (SC 116) key from your studio representative. Return it immediately upon collecting your plot; do not allow other classmates to ‘borrow’ the key, as you will be held accountable for the cost of lock replacement should the key be lost.
When is the last day of the semester to print/plot?
The final day in which students and faculty will be able to send jobs to the print server shall be the Friday before finals week, in accordance with the university academic calendar. The final day in which students and faculty can collect their plots shall be the Monday of finals week. There will be no exceptions.
When is the last day of the semester to accept payments?
The final day in which any payments will be processed shall be the last calendar day of the academic semester (the last day of finals week). After this date, all user accounts will be reconciled with the logs from the print server. Any student with a negative account balance may have their semester grades withheld, and will be locked out from future use until the balance is zeroed out. There will be no exceptions.
