K-State Open House
An annual tradition within the Department of Interior Architecture and Product Design, Open House involves the transformation of studio classrooms into dramatic exhibition spaces showcasing student work. Under the supervision of assistant professor Steve Davidson, the third year-class students execute the design and the creation of the spaces in less than 48 hours. Not only does the exhibit serve potential employers, alumni, and the general public as an insight to current student work, it also functions as a lesson in design efficiency and teamwork for the third-year class.

Study Abroad
Students who have recently returned from international studies have an opportunity to exhibit their works and experiences along with other students in the College. This annual show usually takes place during a two week period in the fall semester.

“Light Weight” (2006)
An exhibit in Kansas City that explored different meanings of the word light and focused on seating elements designed and built exclusively out of paper mache by interior architecture and product design students.
