Unloading Your Exhibit/Parking
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!
General Information:
NEVER park in a handicapped, service or reserved stall on the KSU campus.
CAPD DesignExpo is NOT responsible for any parking tickets received when these instructions are not followed.
Parking 
Parking for DesignExpo will be available in the parking structure located on 17th Street, just south of the K-State Union. If you have display materials to drop off, please do so before entering the garage. Volunteers will be available just north of the parking structure on 17th Street and will take your materials to the Union ballroom while you park.
In order for us to attempt to ensure sufficient parking availability in the garage, please be sure that your organization has indicated the appropriate number of parking permits needed on your event registration.
All organizations who have provided us with advance notice of their parking needs will, during the check in process, receive parking validations for exiting the parking structure for each day they attend.
Enter the K-State Student Union, either the ground floor via the Plaza level entry or the first floor via the pedestrian bridge from the parking garage. As soon as you enter the Union, you will see an elevator on your right. Take the elevator to the second floor of the Union. Come to the registration table at the Ballroom main entrance.
Reverse the above process when exiting the K-State Student Union. When CAPD student volunteers are available to help you load/unload your exhibit, please use them. They have been told to assist you and to make a favorable impression.
If you are staying overnight at the Holiday Inn (across the street from the campus), you may chose to walk and transport your exhibit materials yourself.
